Worst Uhual experience ever. My pick up was for 3:30, I arrived for 3:15. The guy running the reservation was all over the place since it is a convenience store, by the time I got the uhual it was already almost 4 pm. I paid for 12 furniture pads and he then told me he only has 10.. then proceeded to jokingly say “haha they’re only $.50-$1”. I brought the tank back with half a tank which was the amount needed to bring back but apparently since the needle was slightly to the side (at most 2 dollars more) I had to pay an extra $15. Tried calling location 5 times and never picks up phone. If you’re planning to get a uhual from here, look else where. Uhual customer service has been zero help either so all in all won’t be using uhual services again.

Best U haul customer service ever! Never ever go to the uhaul across from ikea on queensway, had the most terrible, worse, unbelievable bad service from them.

I rented a Uhaul here and my wallet was left in the vehicle. The clerks at the store persistently called me to have my wallet returned. Very genuine and trustworthy people here. Thanks guys for saving me a lot of hassle.

I love this door cuz it's very close to my home, and it's very friendly staff inside. They have about four or five different people working there on different days oh, and they're all very friendly. They serve a variety of chips, pop, cat food, soft drinks, milk, gum, candy, chocolate bars, scratch tickets, etc etc...

They had my uhaul keys inside when it was supposed to be a 24hr pick up. I had to wait around forever. DO NOT PICK UP YOUR UHAUL HERE.
