If I could give a negative rating I would . Tonight my husband and I went for a walk and I had 4 x $3.00 scratch tickets that I wanted to trade in for more tickets . I always buy my gas and scratch tickets from this store with zero issues. Tonight being Christmas there was zero customers in the store, zero customers getting gas and 4 employees behind the cash I didn’t think anything of it . I handed in my tickets to one of the ladies and the “manager “Cindy spoke fairly loudly saying “is the sign up we need it up looking at me trading in tickets”…..,,I thought I did something wrong … so I said what sign ..and the regular staff said ya it’s up but you’re fine it’s not busy. I said okay what is the sign for … apparently it is for trading in multiple tickets ….. I had 4x $3.00 tickets and that I bought there and there was NO other customers .!!!This manager could have been a little more polite or waited until I left to look for the sign …I asked the lady helping me to cancel the transactions and give me back my tickets . I have never had an issue before and this “manager Cindy” needs to learn how to handle situations. I said some words to Cindy “but as a manager” manager she should not be saying FU to any customers ! !!!

I asked for three pieces, and unfortunately it was a piece similar to chicken pieces because of its size, which cannot be seen with the naked eye. If I paid for them and did not take the food, I do not recommend visiting the fraudulent place, and this is my bill

If I could give this location Zero stars I would 10 times over.The people who work here on night shift are so ridiculously rude and disrespectful it’s insane that whoever owns this location hasn’t gotten rid of them. Not to mention I have ordered from here over 30 times and only once was my order packed correctly and included all items I paid for.

Please always update your gas price. There's no reason for you to put up a $1.47 on the internet on your regular, but have $1.62 on your board for same thing.

I wish i could give 0 stars!!! There was a black lady who was very rude and racist to me! Im a asian guy and have never been treated this way.I went into the store at 2:30pm on march 23rd. Anybody working as cashier should know how to treat customers and have customer service experience!! Please do something about it! That black lady has a attitude problem!! If you don’t like your job then quit!! I will never be coming back to this location until i receive an apology!

I saw the reviews of the people who were treated unfairly and rudely by the night staff. My two friends who went to pick up an order on April 8/2022 between 11:30-12 night time were treated by the two ladies upfront in a highly impolite and unprofessional manner.Worst thing,the owner is a mere spectator and does nothing about it. He is contented with how the customers are treated, irrespective of their nationality.Such a poor, below par customer service.Would never recommend anyone to this location.Zero stars.How many times over the last couple of months have you taken any action on the reviews posted. Please stop fake promises to people. It's shameful

I don’t know who hires these people, but I can almost always guarantee if you come into this 7/11 in the morning to afternoon hours you’ll be greeted with nothing but dirty looks and disrespect. The women who work here at night are usually pleasant but I’d avoid this place in the AM. Unless you want to be degraded for simply purchasing things.

This location should have their business license taken away. They cant provide the community with proper and fair consumer experience, May,12,2022 morning manager refused to help find a electronic receipt for a 25$ gift card I bought from them few hours earlier. one of their employees didn't register my card properly I guess. so I asked to buy a new card, she refused and said to wait for another cashier to help me meanwhile she was standing at the cash looking annoyed angry doing nothing... when I asked for the owner's or the head office phone number she got angry and refused to give it to me... she obviously hates her job and feels like she can pick and choose which costumers to serve... I feel that my consumer rights are not respected at this location and they just took my money and gave me a card that doesn't work... that's very much like stealing from costumers... we do have legal rights

Store manager wouldnt let us in because we had muddy boots! From working she said not coming in my store.

Attitude at 9am in the morning from the black girl with braids. No hello just looking at me asked if they sell bag tags. After our blow up then she says hello to the other customers. That should be what u do all the time stick attitude won’t be employed for long!! I will definitely contact the manager as this store has poor reviews and I’m adding to it.
